If it's really cold, there is nothing like thick duvets filled with real down. In order to provide the masses that are needed all over the world for beds, pillows or jackets, a proper industry has developed that cleans and sorts feathers and then sets them available in different qualities.

The material is particularly sensitive, because you can not compress arbitrarily without violating the delicate keels.

Nevertheless, it should have as little volume as possible for the transport. Goose and duck down are therefore initially packed in woven bags and carefully compacted using a baler. Several of these bags are  strapped to a feather bale, which can then be transported to the customer.

All the elements needed for such a system come from TITAN´s own development and production. Through to packaging tape, everything is perfectly coordinated.
