TITAN provides engineering services that go far beyond the strapping.

Duties like the  feeding, which precedes the actual packaging equipment, can the system supplier take over also.

An example of particularly sophisticated software solutions is the fully automatic strapping and digitization of all sizes of pallets. In this project, the software, handling and strapping is made by TITAN.

Security, efficiency and complete documentation are just a few benefits of the plant, which processes about 600 pallets a day. A three-dimensional scanner system measures the pallets with an accuracy of up to five millimeters. Depending on this information, the pallets are automatically strapped with a safety code in the closure, weighed and digitized.

Two photos per unit are stored together with all other information in a database. Thus, all processes remain completely documented. . A connection to the customer's ERP system makes the performance package perfect.
