TITAN is specialized in the realization of complete systems including their equipment with conveyor systems, measuring instruments, protective devices and many other technical features.

An example of this comprehensive engineering offers the package of paper sheets on pallets. Here the packing plant is fed directly from the manufacture by pallets with sheets of paper without sizing.

The palletized stack gets a matching wooden lid to protect the sheets. The calculation is made by an integrated measuring section.

In the next step the stack is doubly strapped with PET strap. After the automatic height measurement, the system sets four edge protectors at the same time.

A protector magazine for six different height dimensions is incorporated. The  final step is the automatic wrapping with stretch film. The package is now fully protected against contamination.
