The single souce supplier does not only offer strapping technology – TITAN engineers deliver conveying systems, control units and the necessary software for efficient and effective logistical processes developed and manufactured in house.

An example of a highly efficient handling system is the manufacturing of roof tiles. During this process the dry tiles are taken from the drying frame and put on carriers by robots.

A laser-distance-measurement-system determines the type of frame and the position on the carrier for the precice placement of the robots. After transportation to the setting device other robots take the tiles and place them into the burning cassettes.

The visualization of the transport system is realized with a human interface system. The fully automated process is controlled by software from TITAN.
