A further example of the system engineering is the packaging of paper sheets on palettes. Here palettes with unsorted sheets come directly from the production line.

To protect them a wooden cover is placed ontop, an integrated measuring track captures the hight. In the next step four edge protectors are applied.

The palette is strapped twice with plastic strap and finaly wrapped with stretch film to protect the package from the environment.
