TITAN offers engineering service that exceed every day strapping. For example infeed systems can be engineered to complement the packaging system.

One example for an outstanding demanding software solution is the fully automated strapping and digitization of palettes of different sizes. In this project software,

conveying and strapping come from TITAN´s own development division. Safety, efficiency and explicit documentation are only some of the advantages of a 600 palettes per day project.

A 3D-scanner system measures the palettes with the precission of one to five millimeters.  The palettes are strapped according the the measurement data automatically, added with a safety code into the joint, weighed and digitized.

Two pictures per item are taken and recorded with all the other datain a database. By this way the whole process is documented consistently. A connection to the customer´s ERP system makes the package complete.
