The units of TITAN´s VK 10 series are particularly robust. With a high reliability a heating element is placed betwen the overlapping strap ends for thermal sealing.

The heat softens the plastic to the fusion phase, whereafter the heating element is retracted and high pressure is applied to the ends. The result is a very high and constant joint strength.

The welding temperature of this process can be set and monitored, resulting in constant and high joint efficiencies.

The regulated heating element enables consistent high quality joint effiencies with close to no noise emissions during operations.
