The T200 and T400 series mechanically weld the strap by heating the ends by friction. For this purpose a swing arm drives to and from the upper strap with high frequency.

The two surfaces move against each other thereby, generating the required heat of friction to weld themselves together by the applied pressure. A model to suite every application.

The T400 strapping head components have been designed to withstand forces of 15000N ans above. Each motor is equipped with a quick release connection for speed of removal and down time reduction. The back plate can be completely removed and cleaned without tools.

The T200 series with their narrow design is very easy to integrate into existing conveyor systems.

Since the belt tension is generated by the cycle of voltage, high and constant values can be realized. The SEVL variant simplifies the strapping of pallets considerably. By means of a movable lance, the tape can be led through the bottom of the pallet. The stroke of the machine unit tolerates a not quite exact positioning of the package.
